These Terms of Service apply to your use of In Good Order Kit and to purchases made through our Shopify store.

We sell a digital print-at-home end-of-life organizer.
The product includes:
- the 70-page guided binder,
- the 12-page family guide, When the Time Comes, and
- the 6-page quick start, The First 20 Minutes.
The product helps point to where important information is located. It does not store your secrets, passwords, account credentials, legal documents, financial details, or private records on our website.
3. Not Legal, Financial, Medical, or Tax Advice
The product is for general informational and organizational purposes only.
It is not legal advice.
It does not replace:
- a lawyer,
- a notary,
- an estate planner,
- a tax advisor,
- a financial advisor,
- a doctor,
- a funeral director,
- a will,
- a trust,
- a power of attorney,
- an advance directive,
- a healthcare directive, or
- any legally required document in your country or region.
You are responsible for checking which legal documents are required where you live.
4. Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- downloading and saving your files,
- printing the documents if desired,
- filling them out accurately,
- keeping completed pages safe,
- deciding who may access them,
- updating them when your situation changes, and
- getting professional advice where needed.
Do not email us passwords, account numbers, legal documents, medical records, or other highly sensitive personal information.
5. Digital Delivery
After checkout, the product is delivered by:
- a download link at checkout, and
- an email delivery link.
Delivery is normally instant.
Access may be delayed by technical issues, spam filters, payment checks, or incorrect email addresses. If you cannot access your order, contact info@ingoodorderkit.com.
6. License and Permitted Use
When you purchase the product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it.
You may:
- download the files,
- print them for your own personal or household use,
- use them with close family members or trusted helpers for your own planning, and
- store a personal backup copy.
You may not:
- resell the product,
- redistribute the files,
- upload the files publicly,
- share the files in groups, forums, drives, or marketplaces,
- copy the product into another product,
- use the product commercially,
- remove branding or copyright notices, or
- claim the product as your own.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, structure, copy, pages, files, guides, and materials are owned by In Good Order Kit or its operator unless stated otherwise.
No ownership rights are transferred to you when you purchase the product.
8. Prices and Payments
Prices are shown at checkout.
Payment is processed through Shopify and its payment providers.
We may change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already completed.
9. Taxes
The business operates under the Austrian small business VAT exemption where applicable.
If stated on invoices, no Austrian VAT is charged under § 6 Abs. 1 Z 27 UStG.
Depending on your location, local taxes, duties, or digital sales taxes may apply and may be calculated at checkout where required.
10. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Returns and Refund Policy.
We offer a voluntary 30-day refund guarantee.
11. Availability and Errors
We try to keep the website accurate and available.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical problems.
We may correct errors, update product information, change descriptions, or cancel orders affected by obvious mistakes.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or financial losses arising from your use of the website or product.
This includes losses connected to:
- incorrect use of the product,
- outdated information written by the customer,
- loss of printed documents,

- failure to create legally valid documents,

- technical access issues outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
13. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country or region.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria.
If you are a consumer, this does not remove any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country of residence.
